为研发高效脱磷剂,依据热力学原理研究了高磷赤铁矿在烧结过程中磷的转化过程,通过热力学软件模拟计算了不同配碳量情况下烧结前后磷元素的转化,采用小型烧结实验验证了磷元素的转化过程与模拟结果相符,并遵循热力学原理。
In order to develop an efficient dephosphorization agent, the conversion process of phosphorus in high-phosphorus hematite during sintering was studied based on the thermodynamic principle. The phosphorus conversion before and after sintering with different amounts of carbon was calculated by thermodynamic software simulation. The conversion process of phosphorus element is consistent with the simulation results and follows the principle of thermodynamics.
