当前,涉众型经济犯罪呈上升趋势,严重威胁着我国社会主义市场经济的健康发展,影响着我国社会秩序的安定。涉众型经济犯罪侵害不特定多数人的财产权利,已成为我国经济领域中严重犯罪现象。针对涉众型经济犯罪涉及面广与隐蔽性强等特点,应采取有效侦防对策,以保护广大人民群众的合法权益,维护社会主义市场经济秩序和社会和谐稳定。
At present, the stinging-type economic crimes are on the rise, seriously threatening the sound development of China’s socialist market economy and affecting the stability of China’s social order. Stakeholder-type economic crimes against the property rights of unspecified majority have become serious crimes in the economic field of our country. In light of the characteristics of extensive and concealed economic crimes involving stakeholders, effective countermeasures should be taken to protect the lawful rights and interests of the broad masses of people and safeguard the socialist market economic order and social harmony and stability.
