在研制J系列低气压潜孔冲击器和钻头取得成功经验的基础上,参考国外高气压冲击器结构的某些优点,采取在冲击器内部气水分离和附加气室容积等独特结构,并通过电算模拟优化工作参数,改进机加工和热处理工艺,设计出JW—150型高气压潜孔冲击器。其主要性能指标和穿孔速度,达到了国外同类产品的先进水平,并已在国内外许多矿山、工地推广应用,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the successful experience of developing J-series low-pressure down-hole impactor and drill bit, referring to some advantages of foreign high-pressure impactor structure, adopting the unique structure of gas-water separation and additional gas chamber volume inside the impactor, Computer simulation to optimize the working parameters, improve machining and heat treatment process, design JW-150 high pressure DTH hammer. Its main performance indicators and perforation speed have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products and have been widely applied in many mines and construction sites at home and abroad and have achieved obvious economic and social benefits.
