内蒙古自治区是中国现阶段发展冰雪旅游最具潜力的地区,拥有大量丰富优质的冰雪旅游资源。基于GIS技术,通过空间插值法、最近邻指数法定量分析了内蒙古年日均温≤0℃天数、积雪日数两个气象指标的空间分布特征以及冰雪旅游资源的空间分布状况。选取滑雪场、冰雪游览区、冰雪节庆与赛事活动三个指标深入分析了内蒙古冰雪旅游资源的开发利用现状。分析发现内蒙古冰雪旅游资源在空间上趋向集聚,具有可利用时间长、种类丰富、组合度好,文化气息浓厚、地域特色明显等优势,同时存在着离中心消费市场距离远,品牌效应低,规范化不足等劣势;依据这些特点,提出了内蒙冰雪旅游资源开发利用的一些对策。
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the most potential area for the development of ice and snow tourism in China at this stage and has a large number of abundant ice and snow tourist resources. Based on the GIS technology, the spatial distribution and the spatial distribution of ice and snow tourism resources in Inner Mongolia were quantitatively analyzed by spatial interpolation and nearest neighbor index method. In this paper, we selected three indicators of ski resort, ice and snow sightseeing area, snow festival and event to deeply analyze the development and utilization of ice and snow tourism resources in Inner Mongolia. It is found that the ice and snow tourism resources in Inner Mongolia tend to agglomerate in space with advantages of long available time, rich variety, good combination degree, strong cultural atmosphere and obvious regional characteristics. At the same time, the distance from the central consumer market is far, the brand effect is low and the standardization Inadequate and other disadvantages; based on these characteristics, put forward some strategies for the development and utilization of snow and ice tourism resources in Inner Mongolia.
