目的:比较平导、摇椅弓治疗深覆的效果。方法:选择深覆均在Ⅱ度以上患者36例,平导组18例,摇椅弓组18例,咬合打开前后拍头颅侧位片进行X线头影测量分析。结果:戴用平导可以使下颌骨向下旋转,下面高及全面高增加,打开咬合主要靠磨牙的增高;摇椅弓可以使下面高及全面高少量增加,打开咬合主要靠切牙的压低和磨牙的少量增高,差异有统计学意义。结论:两种方法打开咬合的机制不同,临床适应证不同。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of flat guide and rocking chair bow to treat deep overburden. Methods: Thirty-six patients with deep overgrowth in grade Ⅱ, 18 patients in the flat lead group and 18 patients in the rocking bow group were examined by X-ray before and after occlusion. Results: wearing a flat guide can make the mandible downward rotation, the following high and comprehensive high increase, open the occlusal mainly by the increase of molars; rocking the bow can make the following high and comprehensive high and small amount of increase, open bite mainly by the incisal pressure and molars A small amount of increase, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: The mechanism of the two methods to open the occlusion is different, the clinical indications are different.
