高校教学科研团队建设是高等教育落实科学发展观、提高教学质量的重要内容。应在合作视角下对教学团队建设进行考量,建设合作型是提高教学质量和增加教师凝聚力的必然要求,是教师合作文化的体现。国际法学院在近年来的教学团队建设中实践了合作精神,达到了较好的效果。高校教学团队建设应进一步贯彻教师合作文化的理念。
The Construction of Teaching and Research Teams in Colleges and Universities Is an Important Content of Higher Education in Implementing the Scientific Concept of Development and Improving Teaching Quality. The construction of teaching team should be considered in the perspective of cooperation. The construction of cooperation type is an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of teaching and increase the cohesion of teachers. It is also the embodiment of the cooperation culture of teachers. In recent years, the School of International Law has implemented the spirit of cooperation in teaching team building and achieved good results. The construction of college teaching team should further implement the concept of teacher cooperation culture.
