患者,男,16岁,农村学生,衡阳县人。因左耳间歇性流脓13年余,复发4天并爬出小虫5条而于1988年7月22日来诊。自诉左耳间歇性反复流脓13年余,于1983年在外院行左耳乳突根治术,术后病愈。4天前觉耳痒,复又流出较多黄色稀脓,2天后耳痒更甚,有虫爬感并爬出小虫5条而就诊。查全身一般情况无异常。左耳乳突行过根治手术,外耳道及中耳乳突腔见较多黄脓,奇臭,其中见小虫蠕动。清洗耳时,分别从外耳道及中耳乳突腔挟出蝇蛆2条和4条。遗憾的是未鉴定蝇种。术腔内充血糜烂,引流尚可,乳突区皮肤无红肿。右耳正常。经连续3天清
