目的 探讨矫治乳牙反牙合的良好方法及最佳治疗时机。方法 选取 10 0例上颌正常或稍后缩伴下颌正常或轻度前突的 3~ 5岁乳前牙反牙合患儿 ,将其随机分为两组 ,分别采用改良式导弓和上颌牙合垫式活动矫治器进行矫治 ,并分析、评价矫治前后的软硬组织变化。两组病例均在 10~ 75天内完成矫治过程。结果 矫治前后上下颌骨、恒切牙胚位置、软组织均得到显著改善 ;但与上颌牙合垫式活动矫治器组相比 ,改良式导弓组上述指标的变化更明显 ,更理想。结论 13~ 5岁为乳牙反牙合矫治的合适年龄 ;2改良式导弓同时具备机械及肌能矫治的双重作用 ,可同时改善上下颌骨的位置关系 ,且疗程短、见效快 ,适用于下前牙有散在间隙的乳前牙反牙合患儿 ,使其凹陷面型明显向直面型或凸面型改观 ;3上颌牙合垫式活动矫治器只具备机械矫治效能 ,仅作用于上颌 ,适用于下颌前突不明显的乳前牙反牙合患儿 ,对面部美观的整体改善较小
Objective To explore a good method of correcting deciduous teeth and anti-occlusion and the best timing of treatment. Methods One hundred and ten patients with normal or slightly maxillary mandibular dystrophy with 3-5 years old were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The modified guide bow and maxillary teeth Hemipolar active appliances for orthodontic treatment, and analysis, evaluation of soft and hard tissue changes before and after treatment. The two groups of patients completed the correction process in 10 ~ 75 days. Results Before and after treatment, the position of mandibular and mandibular continous tooth and the soft tissues were all significantly improved.
