本文研究了通孔多孔铝合金的制备工艺。采用正交试验法确定了模具及粒子的预热温度、铝液的浇注温度、渗流压力三者的最佳配合关系。在加压渗流铸造制备通孔铝试样时,模具及粒子层的预热温度起着至关重要的作用。通过实验及理论分析发现,预热温度最好在500~550℃之间,浇注温度一般为760℃左右,成形压力一般不超过1MPa。
This paper studies the preparation of porous aluminum alloy through hole. Orthogonal test method was used to determine the best match between preheating temperature of mold and particle, casting temperature of molten aluminum and seepage pressure. Prefiring temperature of the mold and particle layers plays a crucial role in the production of through-hole aluminum specimens by pressurized seepage casting. Through experimental and theoretical analysis found that the best preheating temperature between 500 ~ 550 ℃, pouring temperature is generally about 760 ℃, forming pressure is generally not more than 1MPa.
