本文通过对BG-130/3.82-M6型锅炉及其系统的分析,提出了提产改造方案,方案中对解决炉膛结焦、汽包与过热器之间压差、主蒸汽参数控制和设备安全运行等有关问题进行了考虑。实践证明:BG-130/3.82-M6型锅炉的提产改造非常成功。该项目具有投资少、见效快、经济效益显著的特点。提产改造后,锅炉能够长期在160t/h负荷下运行,各项参数能够达到设计性能,满足锅炉改造后达产、安全、经济、连续运行的要求,在一定程度上缓解了生产系统供用汽的矛盾,并为其它同类型锅炉的提产改造积累了成功的经验。
Based on the analysis of BG-130 / 3.82-M6 type boiler and its system, this paper puts forward a plan to improve the output of the boiler.
