已知某些硫乙内酰脲的镇痛作用与脑啡肽酶抑制有关系， 为寻找无成瘾性的强效镇痛药，以氨基酸和硫代异氰酸苄酯为原料，合成了６ 个（ ±）５氨基酸残基３苄基２硫代乙内酰脲（ 简称 Ｂ Ｔ Ｈ Ａ Ａ） 化合物。经小鼠热板试验发现，所合成的化合物均有一定的镇痛活性。
It is known that some of the thiohydantoin analgesic effect and neprilysin inhibition have to find no addictive potent analgesics, amino acids and benzyl thioisocyanate as the raw material, synthesized 6 (±) 5 amino acid residues 3 benzyl 2 thio hydantoin (referred to as BT A A compound). The mouse hot plate test found that the compounds synthesized have some analgesic activity.
