目的:观察经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取68例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各34例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予传统经鼻导管低流量吸氧治疗,研究组给予HFNC治疗。比较两组治疗前后血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血pH值]水平、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV<
