通过单向拉伸试验研究了不同退火温度对厚0.18 mm镀锡板力学性能的影响,利用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究了镀锡板抗时效性能。结果表明,在660~700℃退火温度范围内,随着退火温度的升高,板材屈服强度从295 MPa下降至274 MPa,抗拉强度从371 MPa下降至352 MPa,断后伸长率从24.2%上升至27.8%,晶粒尺寸从5.4μm上升至5.8μm,表面洛氏硬度从57.9 HR 30T下降至54.5 HR 30T,固溶C相对质量分数从90.5%下降至88.1%,固溶N相对质量分数从88.7%下降至83.7%。退火温度在700℃时,试验板材具有较好的塑性,较低的表面洛氏硬度,且固溶C、N含量更符合中国标准。
The effect of different annealing temperature on the mechanical properties of 0.18 mm tin plate was studied by uniaxial tensile test. The anti-aging property of tin plate was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the yield strength decreases from 295 MPa to 274 MPa and the tensile strength decreases from 371 MPa to 352 MPa with the annealing temperature increasing from 660 to 700 ℃. The elongation at break increases from 24.2% To 27.8%, the grain size increased from 5.4μm to 5.8μm, the Rockwell hardness decreased from 57.9 HR 30T to 54.5 HR 30T, the relative mass fraction of solution C decreased from 90.5% to 88.1%, the relative mass fraction of solute N From 88.7% to 83.7%.
