湖北化肥厂是我国从美国和荷兰引进的大型化肥装置,具有七十年代现代化的生产水平。整个装置的工艺管道、设备、仪表和一些重要的设备基础如高转速透平压缩机、转化炉等基础的绝对沉降值,要求小于5毫米,差异沉降要求趋近于零。根据湖北综合勘察院提供的系统而又完整的地质勘察资料,该厂厂区粘土层是属于以收缩为主的胀缩性土。化工部第四设计院本着区别对待、因地制宜、因材制宜的原则,提出了胀缩土地基处理措施,这是一个成功地处理大型厂区胀缩土地基的实例,特为之介绍。本文前一部分——地基的处理措施为化工部第四设计院钱焕宾撰文,后一部分——地基处理的工程验证为湖北化肥厂方雪楚撰文。
Hubei Fertilizer Plant is a large-scale fertilizer plant imported from the United States and the Netherlands. It has a modernized production level in the 1970s.
