研究了表面涂覆CeO2 对Fe23Cr5Al 合金900℃和1000 ℃下形成的Al2O3 膜生长应力的影响. 涂覆CeO2 增大了合金的氧化速率, 促进了Al2O3 膜的起皱, 同时也增大了Al2O3 膜的生长应力. 涂覆CeO2 表面形成的起皱的Al2O3 膜在冷却过程中剥落量较少; 而在真空保温过程中应力不容易释放. 认为表面涂覆CeO2 对Fe23Cr5Al 的抗氧化性并不能起到改善作用.
The effect of surface coating CeO2 on the growth stress of Al2O3 film formed at 900 ℃ and 1000 ℃ in Fe23Cr5Al alloy was studied. Coating CeO2 increases the oxidation rate of the alloy, promotes the wrinkling of Al2O3 film and increases the growth stress of Al2O3 film at the same time. The wrinkled Al 2 O 3 film formed on the surface of CeO 2 coating is less in the process of cooling and the stress is not easily released during vacuum insulation. It is considered that the surface coating of CeO2 can not improve the oxidation resistance of Fe23Cr5Al.
