通过聚酰胺树脂静态、动态吸附及解吸附试验,以甘草苷、异甘草苷及甘草酸3种成分为考察指标,研究优化了甘草中甘草苷的分离工艺,优化的工艺条件为:药液pH 7.0,药液中甘草苷质量浓度1.296 g·L-1,上样体积3 BV,吸附后的树脂分别以水,10%,20%,30%乙醇(各3 BV)进行洗脱,收集20%乙醇洗脱部分,回收溶剂。结果显示,在此工艺条件下分离获得的提取物中异甘草苷、甘草酸等杂质成分含量较低,甘草苷纯度由4.86%提升到88.5%。该方法简单可行,获得的甘草苷提取物纯度较高,可为甘草苷的工业化分离制备提供依据。
Through the static, dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments of polyamides resin, three components of liquiritin, isoliquiritigenin and glycyrrhizic acid were taken as research indexes to study and optimize the separation process of liquiritin in licorice. The optimized technological conditions were as follows: solution pH 7.0, the concentration of liquiritin in the liquid was 1.296 g · L-1 and the volume of sample was 3 BV. The adsorbed resin was eluted with water, 10%, 20% and 30% ethanol (3 BV each) % Ethanol to elute the solvent. The results showed that the contents of isoliquiritin, glycyrrhizin and other impurities in the extract obtained under this process were low, and the purity of liquiritin increased from 4.86% to 88.5%. The method is simple and feasible, and the purity of the obtained glycyrrhizin extract is high, which can provide the basis for the industrialized preparation and separation of the glycyrrhizin.
