导游人员是我国旅游业发展的关键要素,然而,目前我国导游人员中普遍存在着道德认知较差、道德情感淡化、道德意志薄弱、职业行为不规范等问题,这些问题都严重地制约了我国旅游业的健康快速发展。本文在阐述导游职业道德基本内涵的基础上对现阶段我国导游人员的职业道德现状进行分析并结合实际情况对导游人员的职业道德建设的路径进行探讨。 Tour guides are the key elements in the development of tourism in our country.
