发展县域循环经济,是面对我国县域资源短缺的现实而实施的战略性举措,是由我国县域经济的独特性质和功能所决定。本文试从发展循环经济的背景、发展县域循环经济的理论依据、发展县域循环经济的路径选择等几方面对发展县域循环经济进行探讨。
The development of county circular economy is a strategic move to face the reality of the shortage of county resources in our country. It is determined by the unique nature and function of the county economy in our country. This paper tries to explore the development of circular economy in the county from several aspects such as developing the background of circular economy, developing the theoretical basis of circular economy in county, and developing the path of circular economy in county.
