本工作是在25例兔的离体左前腔静脉条标本上进行的。用记录表面电图的方法研究了左前腔静脉的电活动,结果如下: 1.25例标本中有5例记录到自发的规律性电活动,频率为48—138次/分,持续时间1—15分钟。 2.灌流液内加肾上腺素(5×10~(-6)g/ml)后6例标本出现了规律性电活动,其余标本再加入氯化钡(0.25mM)后也都诱发出规律性电活动。频率190次/分左右,持续时间可达7小时以上。 3.降低致敏液中的钙离子浓度,放电频率立即下降,甚至消失。升高钙离子浓度可使放电频率增加。异搏定可使电活动迅速消失。 4.在30—38℃范围内放电频率与温度呈正相关,其回归方程为:f=8.654T-127。 5.将血管条近心端作部分切除,直至切除15毫米后仍有节律性电活动,当在心包返折处切除血管近心端,远端则记录不到电活动。若在静脉条近心端到心包返折线的中点横断血管,两血管段以不同频率放电。
This work was carried out on 25 specimens of left anterior vena cava in rabbits.
