以某核电厂环保与应急系统计算机网络为例，介绍了核电厂应急管理中包括实时监测数据的收集、评价与可靠传输，日常办公事务处理等的功能还介绍了网络的架构，设计的原理、思想与方法，给出了相应的总体设计方案与应用软件功能。本网络亦适用于同类电厂。
Taking the computer network of environmental protection and emergency system of a nuclear power plant as an example, this paper introduces the functions of the emergency management of nuclear power plants including the collection, evaluation and reliable transmission of real - time monitoring data, daily office transaction, etc. Ideas and methods, gives the corresponding overall design and application software functions. The network also applies to similar power plants.
