根据曲柄压力机机身弹性变形与锻压力成正比的原理研究了利用机身弹性变形测定锻压力的方法:测出应变后由标定法确定变形力和测出应变后由理论法确定变形力。研究表明:测出应变后由理论法确定的锻压力数值偏高,只能在机身应力计算公式准确、机身尺寸测量精确及直接标定机身有困难的情况下使用。文中所述方法,不仅适用于开式双柱压力机,也适用于测定闭式曲柄压力机的锻压力。文末导出了闭式机身情况下利用“测定机身应变后由理论法计算变形力”时的力与应变关系公式。
According to the principle that the elastic deformation of crank press is proportional to the forging force, the method of using the elastic deformation of the fuselage to determine the forging force is studied. Deformation force is determined by the calibration method after determining the strain and the deformation force is determined by the theoretical method after the strain is measured. The results show that the value of forging pressure determined by theoretical method after strain measurement is too high can only be used under the condition of accurate calculation formula of fuselage stress, accurate measurement of fuselage dimensions and direct calibration of fuselage. The method described in the article applies not only to the open double-column press, but also to the determination of the forging pressure of a closed-crank press. At the end of this article, we derive the formula of force and strain when using closed body to calculate deformation force by theoretical method after measuring strain of body.
