我厂有一台B5032插床,每次加工前靠手动校调,费劲又费时。我们将插床改装后,校调工作既快又省力,办法是在原送刀箱上加装一快速走刀装置,如图所示。具体改装简介如下:(1)卸下原箱盖,原走刀箱上平面光一刀,以便与安装上去的新箱体贴合。图中假想线以上部分就是加装上去的快速走刀装置,电动机经减速后驱动机床走刀系统,实现快速走刀。(2)在原走刀箱变换手柄的下面装一微动开关。手柄座上焊一小块凸缘,此小凸缘能起启动微动开关的作用,这一部分结构在图上未表示出来。(3)原走刀箱齿轮材料为铸铁,在使用过程中经常损坏,这次改装后,把该齿轮材料改用45号钢。
I plant a B5032 slotting machine, each manually adjusted by the school before processing, laborious and time-consuming. After we change the slot machine, the school transfer work is fast and labor-saving. The way is to install a quick pass device on the original delivery box, as shown in the figure. Specific modification introduction is as follows: (1) Remove the original cover, the original light knife on the knife box in order to fit with the new box installed. The figure above the imaginary line is added to the fast walk device, the motor driven by the deceleration machine tool system, to achieve fast pass. (2) in the original box under the conversion handle fitted with a micro switch. Welding a small flange on the handle seat, this small flange can play the role of micro-switch start, this part of the structure is not shown in the figure. (3) The original tool box gear material is cast iron, often damaged during use, the modified, the gear material to 45 steel.
