火力发电厂直接空冷系统中风机桥架的振动问题备受关注,为了减轻或避免在电厂运行过程中风机桥架的振动,应明确风机系统的结构形式和动力特性,从根源上减小发生振动的概率。本文根据2X330MW空冷项目的实际工程经验,采用Staad计算软件对三种风机桥架结构进行了模态分析,分别得到了其动力特性和阵型特点。同时,将风机桥架结构与风机系统的额定频率进行了对比,给出了不同结构形式的风机桥架的适用情况,可用于指导工程实践。
In the thermal power plant direct air cooling system, the vibration problem of the fan bridge has drawn much attention. In order to reduce or avoid the vibration of the fan bridge during the operation of the power plant, the structure and dynamic characteristics of the fan system should be clear, and the probability of occurrence of vibration should be reduced . According to the actual engineering experience of 2X330MW air-cooling project, the paper analyzes the modal analysis of three kinds of fan bridge structures with Staad software, and obtains the dynamic characteristics and formation characteristics respectively. At the same time, comparing the fan bridge structure with the rated frequency of the fan system, the application of the fan bridge with different structures is given, which can be used to guide the engineering practice.
