通过L16(45)正交试验,研究废胶粉添加量、废胶粉目数、硅烷偶联剂KH550用量对共混胶料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当废胶粉添加量为10%,废胶粉目数为80目,硅烷偶联剂KH550用量为1.5%时,共混胶料的力学性能最优,拉伸强度为27.89MPa。实验证明,废胶粉的改性有助于提高共混胶料的力学性能。而热重分析表明,改性废胶粉的加入对天然橡胶的热稳定性能影响不大。在同等老化条件下,硅烷偶联剂KH550和废胶粉可以改善共混胶料的热氧老化性能。
Through orthogonal experiment L16 (45), the effects of the amount of waste rubber powder, the number of waste rubber powder and the amount of silane coupling agent KH550 on the mechanical properties of the blends were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of blends are the best when the amount of scrap rubber powder is 10%, the number of scrap rubber powder is 80 mesh and the amount of silane coupling agent KH550 is 1.5%. The tensile strength is 27.89MPa . Experiments show that the modification of waste rubber helps to improve the mechanical properties of the rubber compound. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the addition of modified crumb rubber has little effect on the thermal stability of natural rubber. Under the same aging conditions, silane coupling agent KH550 and crumb rubber can improve the thermo-oxidative aging properties of blends.
