高血压和糖尿病等重点慢性病的防治是基本公共卫生服务项目的重要内容。2005年浙江省开展了基本公共卫生服务项目服务,该县也同步开展,并进村入户上门随访。实施防治几年来,人们对以往重点慢性病干预模式和成效进行了总结,发现成效并不明显。2012年底起该县对高血压、糖尿病采取综合防治,通过广泛开展人群健康教育和健康促进,加强医防整合、免费筛查、免费基础药物治疗等干预措施,规范管理率和控制率较大提升,取得了初步成效,并对医防整合和基层首诊等制度进行了有益探索。
