在高炉无料钟炉顶设备中,溜槽是选择布料的设备之一,溜槽上下转动产生的角度称为α角。在 高炉的正常生产中,调整α角,可以调整高炉的原燃料堆尖及炉料的分布,选角准确与否,与降低高炉能耗和焦比有直接关系,而且有时在高炉生产不正常时,α角的调整能使其及时恢复正常。
In the blast furnace without bell top equipment, the chute is one of the equipment to choose the fabric, chute up and down rotation angle is called α angle. In the normal production of the blast furnace, adjusting the angle α can adjust the distribution of the raw fuel tip and charge of the blast furnace. The accuracy of the casting angle is directly related to reducing the energy consumption and the coke ratio of the blast furnace. Sometimes, when blast furnace production is not normal , α angle adjustment can make it promptly returned to normal.
