本发明涉及一种磷石膏基高能长效膨胀剂的制备方法,将无水磷石膏,可溶性磷石膏,轻烧氧化镁,死烧氧化镁,偏高岭土,硅酸钠按照质量比50~100:50~100:20~40:30~60:100~150:2~5均匀混合,制得磷石膏高能长效膨胀剂。本发明的效益在于:可以实现在不同时间,长时间的膨胀。此外,此膨胀剂中含有多种膨胀组分,膨胀能高。综合作用下,可以实现高能长效膨胀。具体性能如下表所示,由结果可知,该膨胀剂膨胀率高,对混凝土强度影响小,并且以本发明膨胀剂掺量3.5%为例,其90d和180d的限制膨胀率分别为1.20%和1.21%,说明具有长期的体积稳定性能。
