本文结合道路运输企业经营资质评定工作,对道路运输企业财务状况进行分析研究,分析其存在的问题及解决办法。指出正确核算企业的营业收入、成本费用、利润的业绩考核,以摆脱企业负债多、亏损严重的问题,保证道路运输企业国有资产的保值增值。强化企业现代经营管理意识,使道路运输企业建立适当的发展规模和良好的资本结构,提出搞活交通运输企业的可行性办法。加快交通运输企业运力、组织结构调整,盘活存量资产,增强市场竞争的能力和抗风险的能力。使交通运输企业向集约化、规模化方向发展。
