本文着重分析了带钢宽度超差的主要原因。指出,带钢张应力超过一定值时产生拉钢就会造成宽度超差。拉钢主要发生在精轧机组,即平辊轧机间无套量拉钢和平辊与立辊轧机间拉钢。控制拉钢的主要措施是保证精轧机组速度品质因数,并在改造电动活套使其实现可靠的自动起落套的基础上,采取大套量恒定微张力操作等方法。
This article focuses on the analysis of the main reason for the strip width tolerance. It is pointed out that when the tensile stress of the strip exceeds a certain value, the steel will cause the width tolerance to be exceeded. Latin steel mainly occurs in the finishing mill, that is, between the flat roll mills without pull the amount of steel between the flat roll and vertical mill rolling steel. The main measure to control the steel pulling is to guarantee the speed quality factor of the finishing mill and to adopt the method of large amount of constant micro-tension operation on the basis of reforming the electric looper to realize reliable automatic lifting gear.
