“成功求职策略”培训是美国 MICHIGAN 大学的互动式的职业指导模式,属于小群体(20—30人)交互式、启发式、人人参与式平面交流的培训方法,主要通过对学员进行有关寻求职业线索、展示技能、应付面试等内容的系统训练,达到提高求职自信与掌握求职方法的目的。现在结合我们大栅栏街道开展“成功求职策略”培训班及职业介绍的实践谈谈求职应作些什么准备,希望能对广大求职者有所帮助。
“Successful job search strategy ” Training is an interactive career guidance mode at MICHIGAN University in the United States. It belongs to the training method of small group (20-30 people) interactive, heuristic and all-people participation plane communication mainly through trainees Systemic training on seeking professional clues, displaying skills, dealing with interviews and other content to achieve the purpose of improving self-confidence and master job search methods. Now with our Dashalan Street “successful job search strategy ” training courses and employment practices to talk about what should be prepared for job search, hoping to help the majority of job seekers.
