巧访郭方明3月底,我来到春城昆明。采访’99昆明世界园艺博览会(下称世博会)。这是我国政府举办的首次世界博览会,也是我国园艺史上未曾有过的盛事。为了这次世博会,云南省专门成立了园艺博览局,局长郭方明原任云南省建设厅厅长,他早于1997年就到任了。我抵昆明后,便立即着手联系对郭局长的采访。世博会开幕在即,采访这样一位大忙人。不是一件容易的事。我只好通过侧面想办法,走迂回路线。我与博览局所属的《人与自然》编辑部的一位叶女士取得了联系,叶女士告诉我,此时采访郭局长必须等机
Interview with Kwok Fong Ming By the end of March, I came to Kunming Spring City. Interview ’99 Kunming World Horticultural Exposition (hereinafter referred to as Expo). This is the first World Exposition held by our government and also a grand event in the history of China’s horticulture. For this World Expo, Yunnan Province has set up a special Horticultural Exposition Bureau. Secretary Guo Fuming, former director of the Construction Department of Yunnan Province, arrived as early as 1997. After I arrived in Kunming, I immediately started to contact Guo’s interview. Expo opening soon, interview such a busy man. Not an easy task. I had to find a way out and take a detour.
