目的:探讨VEGF、P53、PCNA、MVD在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的表达及其生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对病理确诊的62例非小细胞肺癌组织进行VEGF,PCNA,P53和MVD表达检测。结果:62例非小细胞肺癌VEGF阳性表达率58.1%(36/62),其表达与NSCLC的组织分化程度相关(P<0.05)。P53阳性表达率46.8%(29/62),其表达与NSCLC的组织分化程度相关(P<0.05),PCNA阳性表达率61.0%(36/59),其表达与NSCLC的组织分化程度有关(P<0.05)。MVD值与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05),VEGF,P53,PCNA和MVD均与肿瘤组织类型、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移无关。结论:NSCLC中VEGF,PCNA,P53和MVD表达与NSCLC的发生、发展、转移及预后起着重要的作用,可作为评价非小细胞肺癌预后的标志物。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of VEGF, P53, PCNA and MVD in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their biological behavior. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF, PCNA, P53 and MVD in 62 non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Results: The positive expression rate of VEGF in 62 NSCLC patients was 58.1% (36/62), which was correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation in NSCLC (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of P53 was 46.8% (29/62). The expression of P53 was correlated with the histological grade of NSCLC (P <0.05), and the positive rate of PCNA was 61.0% (36/59). The expression of P53 was correlated with the degree of differentiation of NSCLC <0.05). The MVD value was related to the degree of tumor differentiation (P <0.05). VEGF, P53, PCNA and MVD were not associated with tumor type, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expression of VEGF, PCNA, P53 and MVD in NSCLC plays an important role in the occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC and can be used as a marker to evaluate the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
