苏州凤凰书城因开挖深度较深、土质条件差、周边临近地铁、道路和各种管线,其围护结构采用排桩结合三道钢筋混凝土内支撑、三轴深搅桩止水的支护方案,通过设置栈桥、被动区土体加固、合理安排土方开挖方式和顺序等手段保障了基坑开挖和地下室施工的顺利进行。本文通过对苏州凤凰书城的工程实例介绍,探讨基坑围护设计施工中的关键环节和技术。实施与监测结果表明,基坑围护设计、施工中的相关措施有效地保护了周边环境,取得了良好的社会效益,可为软土地区类似复杂环境条件下深基坑的设计施工提供有益的经验与借鉴。
Due to the deep excavation depth and poor soil quality, Suzhou Fenghuang Bookstore is surrounded by subways, roads and various pipelines. The support structure of the Fenghuang Bookstore is the combination of three rows of reinforced concrete support and the supporting plan of three-axis deep- , By setting the trestle, passive area of soil reinforcement, reasonable arrangements for earthwork excavation methods and order and other means to protect the excavation and basement construction of the smooth progress. This article introduces the project examples of Fenghuang Bookstore in Suzhou and discusses the key links and technologies in the design and construction of foundation pit enclosure. The implementation and monitoring results show that the relevant measures in the design and construction of foundation pit enclosure effectively protect the surrounding environment and achieved good social benefits, which can provide beneficial design and construction for deep foundation pit under similar complicated environmental conditions in soft soil area Experience and reference.
