重力式自动装料衡器的精度、速度以及可靠性等随着生产自动化水平的提高而相应有所提升。文章以内设微处理器控制器的称重显示控制器为例,全面分析了影响计量静态准确度的因素以及提高定量称系统准确度的措施。主要针对目前在JJG564-2002《重力式自动装料衡器》执行过程中,对于置零准确度的判定准则中出现的多种有争议的判据,并结合对于系统内容的理解分析与实例,提出了对准确度判定和提升措施的看法。
The accuracy, speed and reliability of gravity automatic weighing instruments have been correspondingly improved with the improvement of production automation. Taking the weighing display controller with microprocessor controller as an example, the paper comprehensively analyzes the factors that affect the static accuracy of measurement and the measures to improve the accuracy of the system. In the light of the current JJG564-2002 “gravity automatic weighing instrument” in the implementation of the process, the accuracy of zero-setting criteria for the emergence of a variety of controversial criteria, combined with an understanding of the contents of the system analysis and examples, put forward The judgment on the accuracy and measures to enhance the view.
