各品系大叶柄乳管密度的分布,基本上是中部乳管密度高,两端乳管密度低,而大叶柄先端的乳管密度又比大叶枕一端高。如果以大叶柄不同部位乳管的绝对个数来看,基本上与乳管密度分布相反,即中部乳管个数较少,两端乳管个数较多,而大叶柄先端乳管个数又比大叶枕一端多。统计表明各品系大叶柄皮层乳管个数与其成龄芽接树头5割年平均次产的相关系数未达显著水平。大叶柄韧皮部轧管个数与其成龄芽接树头5割年平均次产的相关系数达显著水平(r=0.3904—0.6079,n=33)。大叶柄乳管个数(包括皮层乳管和韧皮部乳管)与其成龄芽接树头5割年平均次产的相关系数也达显著水平(r=0.3700—0.6105,n=33)。产量与大叶柄韧皮部乳管、大叶柄胶的复相关系数 R_(3.12)=0.4299达到显著水平。由此初步认为,大叶柄韧皮部乳管数量可以作为产量早期预测的参考指标之一。
