目的分析及探索急性胰腺炎患者治疗中应用生长抑素的临床价值,观察其对患者胃肠动力造成的影响。方法 52例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分成参照组(采用常规临床治疗)和观察组(在参照组的基础上给予生长抑素联合治疗),各26例。治疗后对两组患者的临床疗效进行评估分析,对比观察两组患者的胃肠动力改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率(96.15%)明显高于参照组(76.92%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.1270,P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的肠鸣音恢复时间、血清淀粉酶恢复时间及肛门排气时间均短于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=9.4561、3.4625、5.0845,P<0.05)。结论生长抑素能够有效提高急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效,促进患者胃肠动力的改善,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical value of somatostatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis and observe its influence on gastrointestinal motility in patients. Methods Fifty-two patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group (using routine clinical treatment) and observation group (with somatostatin combination therapy on the basis of reference group), with 26 cases in each group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated and compared to observe the improvement of gastrointestinal motility in both groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate (96.15%) in observation group was significantly higher than that in reference group (76.92%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.1270, P <0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, serum amylase recovery time and anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (t = 9.4561,3.4625,5.0845, P <0.05). Conclusion Somatostatin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute pancreatitis and promote gastrointestinal motility in patients with improvement, it is worth widely disseminated.
