3月22日,国家宗教局召开全国性宗教团体和中华基督教青年会、女青年会全国协会负责人座谈会,就进一步学习贯彻《关于鼓励和规范宗教界从事公益慈善活动的意见》(以下简称《意见》)精神以及办好“宗教慈善周”活动进行广泛交流和深入探讨。中国佛教协会副会长学诚,中国道教协会副会长张继禹,中国伊斯兰教协会副会长兼秘书长郭承真,中国天主教爱国会副主席兼秘书长刘元龙,中国基督教协会总干事阚保平,中华基督教青年会、中华基督教女青年会全国协会代总干事金蔚在座谈会上发言。国家宗教局局长王作安出席并讲话。座谈会由国家宗教局副局长蒋坚永主持。与会代表在发言中交流了学习贯彻《意见》精神的认识和体会。大家认为,《意见》的发布体现了党和政府对宗教界从事公益慈善活动的肯定、支持和重视,充分反映了宗教界的心声,基本解决了当前宗教界从事公益慈善活动面临的实际问题和困惑,非常重要、非常及时,必将促进宗教界公益慈善事业的健康发展,有利于宗教界增强责任感,提高社会服务意识,发挥积极作用,更好地走与社会主义社会相适应的道路。大家一致表示,《意见》出台后,既深受鼓舞,又倍感责任重大,将认真学习领会《意见》精神,继承和发扬宗教界从事公益慈善活动的优良传统,发挥优势,提早谋划,积极行动,切实做好宣传动员组织工作,全面推动《意见》精神的贯彻落实,建立健全宗教界服务社会的长效机制。本期摘要刊发与会代表的讲话内容,以飨读者。

Puzzled, very important and very timely, will surely promote the healthy development of charity philanthropy in religious circles, help the religious circles to enhance their sense of responsibility, raise the awareness of social services, and play an active role in better adapting themselves to the socialist society. They all agreed that since the introduction of the ”Opinions,“ they have been greatly encouraged and have a great sense of responsibility. They will earnestly study and understand the spirit of ”opinions,“ inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of religious circles engaged in charitable activities, give full play to their advantages, make early plans and are active We should do a good job in propaganda and mobilization and organize work to comprehensively promote the implementation of the spirit of ”opinions," and establish and improve the long-term mechanism for the religious circles to serve the community.
