作者以爆炸(室外)、挤压及室温固相轧制复合工艺,研究制造多种型式和层状复合、丝材复合和嵌镶复合电接触材料。这些复合材料以 Ag 及其合金作为接触层,Cu 及其合金或 Ni 合金作为基体。通过试用,确证复合材料可代替 Ag 或 Ag 合金,制作小型功率密封继电器弹性接点、电话交换机继电器接线器电接触材料及微动开关、嵌壁开关等电器接点。这不仅有明显的节银效果,并且因复合材料具有优良的电气与机械综合性能而延长继电器及开关的使用寿命。
The author explores (outdoor), extrusion and room temperature solid-state rolling composite technology, research and manufacture of various types and layered composite, wire composite and embedded composite electrical contact materials. These composites use Ag and its alloys as contact layers, Cu and its alloys or Ni alloys as its matrix. Through the trial to confirm the composite material can replace Ag or Ag alloy, the production of small power sealed relays flexible contacts, telephone switch relay contactors electrical contact materials and micro-switches, switches and other electrical contacts embedded. This not only has obvious silver effect, but also prolongs the service life of relays and switches due to the composite material has excellent electrical and mechanical properties.
