心钠素是贮存于心房细胞内的一种特殊颗粒,释放于血中成为具有生物活性的激素,它能作用于肾、血管平滑肌等靶器官,产生利尿、利钠及降压作用。近年来用放射免疫方法已能测定人体心钠素浓度,本文观察了不同年龄健康儿及心脏病儿心钠素浓度的变化。163例健康受检者,男94例,女69例,年龄从0~16岁,测定发现在生后2~4,天心钠素(129~356Pg/ml,平均227,P<0.001)明显高于其它年龄期。其它年龄期心钠素无显著差异(2~109pg/ml,平均47)。
