采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油对香蕉叶斑病菌Curvularia lunata(Wakker)Boed.的室内毒力,进行巴西蕉叶斑病田间防效试验及对3个品种香蕉幼苗的安全性。结果表明,该药剂对供试菌株菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50值分别为17.38、49.25mg/L,显著低于25%戊唑醇乳油。25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油3 000、2 000、1 000倍液对香蕉叶斑病的防效均高于75%。该药剂800、400、200倍液喷施南天、巴西及粤科等3个品种香蕉幼苗叶片,并未出现叶片变色、变形、生长停滞等药害问题。
The mycelial growth rate and spore germination of 25% pyraclostrobin were used to test the indoor toxicity of Banana leaf spot Curvularia lunata (Wakker) Boed. Variety banana seedlings safety.
