美国已研制出重组痘苗-狂犬病病毒糖蛋白(V-RG)疫苗并证明浣熊口服该疫苗后能抵抗狂犬病.在本研究中,作者给BALB/c小鼠和重度联合免疫缺陷病(SCID)小鼠口服V-RG病毒.在整个观察期间均未出现临床症状和严重的组织病理学改变,用抗痘苗血清经免疫组织化学方法检查其组织病理切片发现均为阴性;皮内接种无胸腺裸鼠,所有小鼠均未出现临床疾病,仅在接种部位有轻微皮肤损害.一些组织匀浆经BHK-21细胞培养可分离出V-RG病毒;给BALB/c小鼠皮上划痕,所有小鼠接种部位均出现轻微的皮肤损害,14~21天后消退,用免疫组织化学方法检查痘苗抗原大多为阴性;给SCID小鼠皮上划痕,所有小鼠的接种部位均出现
The United States has developed a recombinant vaccinia-rabies virus glycoprotein (V-RG) vaccine and demonstrated that the raccoon is resistant to rabies after oral administration of the vaccine.In this study, the authors gave BALB / c mice and severe combined immunodeficiency disease (SCID) Rat oral V-RG virus.No clinical symptoms and severe histopathological changes were observed during the whole observation period.Anti-vaccinia serum was examined by immunohistochemical method to find its histopathological findings were negative.Athymic mice were inoculated intradermally , All mice had no clinical disease and had slight skin lesions at the site of inoculation only.A few of the tissue homogenates were isolated from V-RG virus by BHK-21 cell culture; BALB / c mice were scratched on the skin, all small Slight mouse skin lesions occurred at the site of inoculation, subsided 14 to 21 days later, and most of the vaccinia antigens were negative by immunohistochemical staining.
