面对庞大的社会养老压力,在积极发展国办养老机构的同时,鼓励社会力量兴办养老机构,是天津应对人口老龄化的战略选择。经过几年发展,目前全市有各类养老机构293所,床位2.27万张,其中,社会办养老机构168所,床位15400张,分别占城镇养老机构的93.3%和81.6%。社会办养老机构已经成为天津养老机构的主体,为弥补公办养老机构服务能力不足、缓解社会养老供需矛盾,发挥了重要作用。
In the face of the huge pressure of social pension, while actively developing state-owned pension institutions, encouraging social forces to establish pension institutions is a strategic choice for Tianjin to cope with the aging population. After several years of development, there are 293 kinds of pension institutions in the city with 22,700 beds, among which 168 are social-service agencies and 154,000 beds, accounting for 93.3% and 81.6% of urban pension institutions respectively. Social pension agencies have become the mainstay of pension institutions in Tianjin, to make up for lack of capacity of public pension institutions, to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of social pension, played an important role.
