The pathogenesis of endometriosis (EM) is complicated. The pathogenesis of EM in different sites may be different. The adhesion, invasion and neovascularization of cells are the pathophysiological processes identified by most scholars. MiRNAs are differentially expressed in EM diseased cells and normal tissue cells by negative regulation of the expression of related genes at the transcriptional level, which are all related to the occurrence and development of EM. Through in-depth study of mi RNA, it is helpful to reveal the pathogenesis of EM and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of EM.
