目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达与血管网织细胞瘤病理发生的关系。方法 用免疫组化S-P法分析43例血管网织细胞瘤和30例正常脑组织中VEGF、bFGF蛋白的表达。结果 ①43例血管网织织细胞瘤中VEGF表达阳性者42例,其中强阳性者26例;bFGF表达阳性者8例,其中强阳性者2例;二者阳性率相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。②血管网织细胞瘤与正常脑组织相比,在VEGF表达上差异有显著性(P<0.01),在bFGF表达上差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF蛋白高表达可能是血管网织细胞瘤高度血管化和囊性变的直接机制。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and the pathogenesis of vascular reticulomatosis. Methods The expressions of VEGF and bFGF protein in 43 cases of retinoblastoma and 30 cases of normal brain tissue were analyzed by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results ① The expression of VEGF in 42 cases of 43 cases of vascular reticular neoplasia was positive, of which 26 cases were strongly positive. The positive expression rate of bFGF was 8 cases, of which 2 cases were strongly positive. There was significant difference between the two P <0.01). (2) Compared with normal brain tissue, vascular reticosis had significant difference in VEGF expression (P <0.01) and no significant difference in bFGF expression (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of VEGF protein may be a direct mechanism of vascular neovascularization and cystic degeneration.
