在公共采购快速发展的过程中,有一个趋势不容忽视,就是公共采购日益重视环境保护和生态平衡,不断朝着与环境、人类更友好、更和谐的方向发展。绿色公共采购是政府利用公共采购实现其环保政策目标的有效工具,在环境保护中发挥着举足轻重的作用,为可持续消费和生产做出了重要贡献。作为公共采购领域的先行者,欧盟无论在绿色采购制度体系建设方面,还是实践探索方面都走在了世界的前列。
In the process of rapid development of public procurement, there is a trend that can not be ignored. Public procurement is paying more attention to environmental protection and ecological balance and is constantly moving towards being more friendly and harmonious with the environment and human beings. Green public procurement is an effective tool for government to use public procurement to achieve its environmental protection policy goals. It plays an important role in environmental protection and makes an important contribution to sustainable consumption and production.
