以环糊精修饰的胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离分析了中药山茱萸中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸。通过对十二烷基硫酸钠、异丙醇、二甲基-β-环糊精、β-环糊精、磷酸二氢钠、硼砂的浓度以及缓冲溶液pH值的优选,确定最佳操作条件为60 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠,2.5 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠,2.5 mmol/L硼砂,8 mmol/L二甲基-β-环糊精,8mmol/Lβ-环糊精和30%(v/v)异丙醇,紫外检测器检测,并在214 nm下提取色谱图。齐墩果酸在30μg/ml~900μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,熊果酸在34μg/ml~1020μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99951。
Separation and analysis of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Chinese medicine hawthorn by cyclodextrin-modified micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. The optimum operating conditions are determined by the concentrations of sodium lauryl sulfate, isopropyl alcohol, dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, borax, and the pH of the buffer solution. It is 60 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2.5 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 2.5 mmol/L borax, 8 mmol/L dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin, 8 mmol/L β-cyclodextrin and 30 % (v/v) isopropanol, detected by a UV detector and chromatogram extracted at 214 nm. There was a good linear relationship between oleanolic acid in the range of 30 μg/ml to 900 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, and there was a good linear relationship between ursolic acid in the range of 34 μg/ml to 1020 μg/ml. The correlation coefficient was 0.99951.
