研究了水体中联苯胺的化学发光行为,结合流动注射-化学发光分析方法,建立了用酸性KMnO4-甲醛-罗丹明B体系测定水体中联苯胺的方法。在酸性条件下,KMnO4与甲醛氧化联苯胺产生化学发光,加入罗丹明B后有增敏作用,化学发光强度随联苯胺浓度的增大而增强,由此建立了测定联苯胺的流动注射化学发光法。在优化的实验条件下,化学发光强度与联苯胺的浓度呈线性相关,方法的线性范围为5~1000μg/L,检出限(3S/N)为4.16μg/L,对50μg/L联苯胺溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%。方法用于测定水中联苯胺含量的测定,回收率在97.5%~104.0%之间。
The chemiluminescence behavior of benzidine in water was studied.
