本文对30例重症医学科低血压状态下行连续性血液透析(continuous renal replacement therapy简称CRRT)的患者临床资料进行回顾分析,总结出低血压状态下行CRRT的监护要点,报告如下。1对象与方法1.1对象2010年至2015年,我院重症医学科低血压状态下行CRRT患者30例,男18例,女12例,年龄22~72岁,原发病有重症胰腺炎、感染性休克、多发外伤、急性肾衰竭等。1.2方法本组病人采用单针双枪套管,有15例行股静脉置管,15例行锁骨上静脉置管。使用血滤机为金宝
This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 30 patients with severe renal failure undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and summarized the main points of CRRT monitoring during hypotension.
