研究了MAC镁质混凝土抗裂剂的延迟微膨胀性能、作用机理及温度补偿效果,并结合工程实例数据对比分析该种产品相比硫铝酸钙CSA膨胀剂的优点。在广东某项目地下室大体积筏板基础施工中,为解决筏板因温降收缩和干燥收缩产生裂缝的问题,分别采用MAC镁质混凝土抗裂剂和硫铝酸钙CSA膨胀剂配制补偿收缩混凝土并对实际效果进行比较。结果表明:MAC镁质混凝土抗裂剂温度敏感性低,能更好地补偿温降收缩和干燥收缩,提高混凝土的抗裂能力,工程实际应用效果良好。
The delayed micro-expansibility, action mechanism and temperature compensation effect of MAC magnesia concrete anti-cracking agent are studied. The advantages of this kind of product in comparison with the engineering example data are compared. In the large-scale raft foundation construction of a project basement in Guangdong, in order to solve the problem of raft cracks caused by shrinkage and drying shrinkage, MAC compacted concrete crack inhibitor and calcium sulfoaluminate CSA expansive agent were used to prepare compensating shrinkage concrete And compare the actual results. The results show that: MAC magnesia concrete anti-cracking agent temperature sensitivity is low, can better compensate for temperature drop shrinkage and drying shrinkage, improve the crack resistance of concrete, the practical application of good results.
