高铬耐磨铸钢的成份:炭、1.2-1.8%;锰、0.4-0.7%;硅、1.0-1.5%,铬、18-22%。其余为铁及不能清除的其它杂质。另一种除含以上各成分外,再从铌、钼、锆、钛、钒、钨等元素中,任选其中一种以上组合加入,共占成份<7%。其余为铁及其它不能清除的杂质。现将目前各种耐磨钢分别介绍并作比较如下: 高锰钢含:炭、0.9-1.4%;锰、10-14%;经锻造或压制成型后,可用于矿山机械、土木建筑机械等的外筒、履带、导轨接头等,防止磨损。
